The Annual Meeting of the Barrington Downs Homeowners has been scheduled for Saturday, September 23, 2023 at 10:00 am. There will be reports from the Chairman of the Board of Trustees, the Treasurer, and the various Committees. Motions made by homeowners will determine the remainder of the agenda.
Any motions to be presented by Members must be presented to the Clubhouse Office at least forty-five (45) days prior to the Annual Meeting. Motions should be emailed to the Clubhouse Office at firstname.lastname@example.org prior to Thursday, August 10, 2023. Motions that are not on the Agenda will not be allowed unless 33 1/3% of Homeowners are present or represented by proxy at the meeting. The Meeting Agenda will be available ten (10) days prior to the Annual Meeting. Homeowners are encouraged to attend!
The following villages are up for election at the annual meeting:
Members who wish to have their name(s) placed on the ballot must do so forty-five (45) days prior to the election or by August 10, 2023. Homeowners shall be in good standing having paid all assessments, fines, interest and penalties by September 23, 2023 and during their term in office.
