Clubhouse Rental
Homeowners in good standing may rent the Clubhouse for a fee. Please contact the clubhouse for availability.
Clubhouse Non-Fee Usage Policy
The Barrington Downs Clubhouse Non-Fee Use Policy was developed to allow homeowners and residents to organize certain on-going social events and meetings in the Clubhouse during the day without having to pay a usage fee. Such gatherings may include, but are not limited to: book clubs, card clubs, discussion groups, chess clubs, handicraft groups.
The complete Non-Fee Use Policy guidelines and Clubhouse Use Request Form may be picked up at the Clubhouse.
The resident organizing the on-going event will be responsible for submitting the Request Form to the Clubhouse Office and confirming with the Clubhouse Manager that the desired date is available. The Manager will maintain a calendar of events held at the Clubhouse.

The fitness area/weight room is located in the Clubhouse lower level. A membership card is needed to gain access to the fitness area.
- Residents 18 and over with a valid membership card may bring one guests during clubhouse office hours.
- Residents 15-17 years old can use the facility only when accompanied by their parent.
- No one under 14 and under is allowed inside the fitness area.
