Homeowner assessments are billed yearly by late January and due by March 1. They become delinquent if not paid by March 31 of the current year. Once delinquent a late fee of $25.00 per month, 1 % per month interest on delinquent assessment amount, and collection fees as permitted by governing documents will be assessed and will continue until account balance is paid in full.
Note: If account remains unpaid, it will be turned over to a collection attorney.
